1. Digital Product Nature
StickerCraft AI provides digital services in the form of AI-generated stickers. Due to the instant delivery nature of digital products and the computational resources required for each generation, our refund policy differs from physical goods.
2. Credit Purchases
2.1 Instant Delivery
Credits are delivered instantly to your account upon successful payment. You can immediately use these credits to generate stickers.
2.2 Non-Refundable Policy
Once credits are purchased and added to your account, they are generally non-refundable. This is because:
- Credits can be used immediately after purchase
- AI generation consumes computational resources
- Digital products cannot be "returned" once delivered
2.3 Credits Never Expire
Your purchased credits never expire. You can use them at any time, at your own pace.
3. Exceptions - When We Will Refund
We will provide refunds in the following circumstances:
3.1 Technical Failures
- Credits were charged but not delivered to your account
- Duplicate charges for the same transaction
- System errors that consumed credits without generating stickers
3.2 Unused Credits
If you request a refund within 24 hours of purchase AND have not used any of the purchased credits, we may issue a full refund at our discretion.
3.3 Service Discontinuation
If we permanently discontinue our service, we will provide pro-rated refunds for unused credits.
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please follow these steps:
- Email us at support@stickercraft.ai
- Include your account email address
- Provide the transaction ID or payment receipt
- Explain the reason for your refund request
We will review your request within 3-5 business days and respond with our decision.
5. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed as follows:
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- Processing time: 5-10 business days depending on your bank
- You will receive email confirmation when the refund is processed
6. Chargebacks
We encourage you to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with your bank. Chargebacks incur fees and may result in account suspension. We are committed to resolving any legitimate issues fairly and promptly.
7. Failed Generations
If a sticker generation fails due to our system error (not due to inappropriate content or policy violations), the credit will be automatically refunded to your account balance. No action is required on your part.
8. Quality Concerns
AI-generated content can vary in quality. If you're unsatisfied with a generation:
- Try refining your prompt with more specific details
- Experiment with different styles and color palettes
- Contact support if you experience consistent issues
We do not offer refunds for subjective quality preferences, as AI output varies and we encourage experimentation.
