1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using StickerCraft AI ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Service.

2. Description of Service

StickerCraft AI provides an AI-powered platform for generating custom digital stickers for personal and commercial use. Our Service includes:

  • AI-generated sticker creation based on text prompts
  • Multiple artistic styles and color palettes
  • High-resolution PNG downloads with transparent backgrounds
  • Credit-based usage system

3. Account Registration

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

4. Credits and Payments

4.1 Credit System

Our Service operates on a credit-based system. Each sticker generation consumes one credit. Credits are non-refundable once purchased and do not expire.

4.2 Free Usage

Unregistered users may generate up to 3 stickers per day for free. This limit resets at midnight UTC.

4.3 Payments

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By making a purchase, you agree to Stripe's terms of service.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

5.1 Your Content

You retain ownership of the prompts you submit and the stickers generated from your prompts. You grant us a limited license to process your prompts for service delivery.

5.2 Generated Stickers

Stickers generated through our Service are yours to use for both personal and commercial purposes, subject to these Terms. You may not claim the AI model or Service as your own.

5.3 Our Content

The Service, including its design, code, and branding, remains our exclusive property and is protected by intellectual property laws.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use the Service to:

  • Generate illegal, harmful, or offensive content
  • Create content that infringes on others' intellectual property
  • Produce content depicting violence, hate speech, or discrimination
  • Generate pornographic or sexually explicit material
  • Create content impersonating real individuals without consent
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer or exploit our AI systems
  • Overwhelm our systems with automated requests

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance when possible.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, STICKERCRAFT AI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

Our total liability for any claims shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE ERROR-FREE OR MEET YOUR SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms. You may also delete your account at any time. Upon termination, unused credits will not be refunded.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which StickerCraft AI operates, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will notify users of significant changes via email or prominent notice on our website.
